Picking an employer costs more: the market charges 10% of the SOL notional to hand out whichever badge is next, and 15% to hand out one you named.

Terms of employment

Everyone is paid

Intern is 1.0× and CEO is 7.0× — a seven-to-one spread, not a switch. Rank divides the payroll pot; it does not create it, and no trading pays no salary at every rank.

The first rung

Analyst needs 3 days served, 40 Performance Points off the Assignment Board, and 5% of the badge's own stock balance reinvested into the payroll pool.

The desk is one-way

The vault sells badges and never buys them back. The exit is a listing on Magic Eden, and the rank resets to Intern for whoever takes it.
