One badge, eight faces
Art is keyed to rank, not just to token. Promote and the picture changes; list the badge on Magic Eden and it resets to Intern for the next holder, along with the rank.

Rendered live from the metadata service. Each rank is its own immutable URL, so a promotion produces a brand new image rather than fighting a CDN cache.

How a badge is derived
- 01Employer and badge number fall out of the token id — ids 1–200 are Orchard, 201–400 Vantage, and so on. Nothing is stored.
- 02Department comes from keccak(seed, tokenId) % 6, with the seed revealed once after the mint window closes.
- 03Rank is read live from the career manager, so the image and the on-chain state cannot disagree.
- 04The renderer composes those into one deterministic image. Same token, same rank, same picture — forever.
- 05A rank that was bought rather than earned recolours the badge frame and keeps it until the badge changes hands.
